Fashion Week

Hey everyone! Although it's still freezing outside, things are heating in the city that never sleeps as designers put on some of the greatest shows in fashion history, showcasing their new collections. Being a fashion blogger who lives 8 hours outside of New York City during fashion week is absolute torture! To keep up with all the news, I've been live streaming shows on my laptop and constantly checking Instagram and Snapchat for updates. One day, I'll make it to NY fashion week, but for now, I'll show you what I would wear if I were in the city today!

It's no secret that monochrome is a huge trend this season. This oversized sweater (from one of my favorite boutiques) is both warm and fashionable; perfect for the frigid weather.

The leather detail of my leggings add a bit of edge to the look.

This white-leather purse looks expensive, but it was only $50 from TJ Maxx! It's the ideal bag for throwing in anything and everything you need for a cold day running around the city.

This crystal statement necklace adds some glamour to the outfit without being flashy. Statement necklaces are still a big trend on the runway this season!
