Weekend Favorites

Hello everyone! I can't believe that it is finally March! March is without a doubt my favorite month for two reasons: it comes with the promise of spring time (which means spring fashion) and it is my birth month. I'm gearing up to celebrate my birthday with an entire week of fun stuff leading up to my spring shopping trip on Sunday. Happy birthday to me!

Now let's talk favorites! I'm going to show you a few of my favorite things that I've been using/wearing recently. This way, you all will get to see more of the things that I love! First up, fashion of course!

Fashion: These Forever 21 overalls are seriously the best things ever. I wore them to mall on Friday night and out running errands on Saturday morning. They are ridiculously comfortable and functional, complete with a chest pocket for my phone! Overalls will certainly be a staple piece for me this spring.

Beauty: While shopping on Saturday morning, I spotted these Real Techniques makeup brushes. I've seen so many of my favorite beauty gurus on YouTube talk about them that I had to try them out. My verdict: they are absolutely worth all the hype!

Jewelry: This is my favorite necklace from Forever 21. I love how it's dainty and edgy at the same time. It was only $1.50 and it still hasn't broken yet (knock on wood)!Music: I was in a very chill mood this weekend and needed some theme music to suit my relaxed vibe. I discovered British singer/songwriter Tom Odell sometime last year, but listened to his entire album for the first time today. I can honestly say that I love every track.
