A Night to Remember

Hey ya'll! Today, I have an extra special post for you! Last night, I had the pleasure of attending prom with all of my classmates and friends. Saying that I had a good time would be a serious understatement. I was on the dance floor for the majority of the night. What else would you expect from a ballerina? :)

Now, I know you're all waiting to see the dress, so here it is!

Surprise! No poufy prom dress here, just a fabulous jumpsuit! I originally was going to wear a short white cocktail-ish dress. Think white party in the Hamptons (spot the Gossipe Girl reference :)), but I decided that I wanted something a little unconventional and a lot chic. My mother, being the fashionista that she is, spotted this jumpsuit at Antropologie almost instantly and I had to try it on.

I finished off the simple and chic look with strappy black heels and a cute little Kate Spade micro purse (borrowed from mom naturally).
