Light wash. Slightly Distressed. Relaxed fit. All attributes of the ideal summer blue jean- and a good pair of boyfriend jean's got 'em all.I picked up this pair from the GAP Outlet where their original price was $69.99 but I snagged them for $19.99. Yeah, we don't do full price around here.
Since I'm so covered up on the bottom, I decided to go all out with the midriff with a super-cropped top. This top was such an inexpensive purchase, I almost got it in 2 other colors. But that's excessive so.... While these kinds of tops can be uncomfortable at times, I find that this particular one allows me to move around without feeling like my boobs are going to fly out. We don't want any boobs to fly.
I kept my accessories very simple and went for my everyday jewelry: my (new) Fossil watch and a gold necklace. The sandals are actually my sisters'. She wore them to prom 4 years ago and they're surprisingly comfortable and easy to get on despite the crazy amount of straps. I steal all her clothes so I'm sure she'll appreciate the credit (love you, sis!!)The sunglasses and purse are both vintage pieces that add a touch of personality to the look.
This is the perfect summer outfit because it’s casual, trendy and most importantly, really comfortable. I see myself wearing this to a backyard party or on a summery evening out. Just add a jacket of your choice and you'll be set for a summer night! *Cue Summer Lovin'This look can be easily recreated with a white top, a pair of jeans and sandals that you probably already have in your own closet. You can also dress it up with a pair of sandal heels and some fancy earrings. I'm giving ya all the options.I hope you enjoyed this post ya'll!!! Keep reading and sharing and all that jazz. Also, send me a pic of you recreate this look!
Much love, Morgan.
